The parade route for today’s Lakes Festival parade was updated Friday.

The parade, which begins at 10:15 a.m. today, May 25, will start at the street department on West Center and head east, then turn south on Lake Street, east on Main Street, and south on Indiana Street. The parade will then loop around the parks office on the new street that merges with North Buffalo Street near Center Lake.

The route change was made to accommodate the farmer’s market on Center Street, according to a city official.
