Donna K. Barth, 58, Columbia City, formerly of Syracuse, passed away at 4:11 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019, at her sister’s home in Ligonier. She was born on July 18, 1960, in Detroit, Mich. to Bradley and Jerry (Korzenborn) Tingley.

She graduated in 1978 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and in 1997 from Indiana Purdue in Fort Wayne. She was married in 1982 to William A. “Bill” Barth who preceded her on August 20, 2008, and lived most of her life in the Syracuse, Fort Wayne, and Columbia City area. She was employed at Miller’s Merry Manor at The Oaks in Columbia City and has been a registered nurse for several local nursing homes for 22 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Kaylee (William) Spurlock of Columbia City; her son, William “Bill” (Brittany McKale) Barth of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren three sisters: Peggy (Mike) Eppert of Syracuse; Pam (David) Ridings of Valparaiso; and LeeAnn (Tracy) Anderson of Ligonier; two brothers: Arv Colley of Wolcottville & Eddie (Cyndi) Colley of Kentucky

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and granddaughter, Alice Spurlock.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St. Syracuse. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Matt Haynes officiating.
