WARSAW — Tracey Akers, Warsaw Community Schools’ nurse coordinator and Edgewood Middle School nurse, was chosen to participate as one of the 48 school nurses to be a part of the first School Nurse Leadership Academy.

The graduation ceremony occurred April 12, in Fishers.

The Indiana Association of School Nurses shared Akers’ board report from last year during the ceremony, showcasing her commitment to improve the health and safety of every student and staff member.
