WARSAW — Due to an accident involving a bicyclist and a train, the Warsaw Police Department has announced at just after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30 that all east-west railroad crossings are blocked by the stopped train. Those crossings include Pope Street, East Winona Avenue, East Market Street, East Center Street, East Main Street, East Fort Wayne Street, Arthur Street and Lyon Street.
