LEESBURG — Leesburg Fire Department was called to a residence on EMS T26B Lane, around 6:19 a.m. today, Sunday, April 28, for a possible house fire.

Firefighters, upon arrival, found the homeowner had used a garden hose to extinguish an electrical fire at the residence. Firefighters checked the residence for any further fire and cleared the scene within 20 minutes of arrival.

North Webster Fire Department was initially called for an assist but was disregarded a short time later.
