Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

6:23 p.m. Sunday, April 7, West CR 550S, west of South CR 400W, Claypool. Driver: Amy J. Dickerhoff, 51, South Franklin Street, Mentone. After reportedly failing to stop at the intersection, Dickerhoff’s vehicle continued through the intersection and down an embankment. Damage up to $10,000. 

9:53 a.m. Sunday, April 7, Rozella Road and Ford Lane. Warsaw. Drivers: Adam D. Eagleson, 24, West SR 25, Mentone; and Janet L. Blair, 68, East CR 500N, Rochester. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Eagleson advised he was at the stop sign on Ford Lane and due to glare he did not see Blair’s vehicle traveling eastbound. Damage up to $5,000. 

8:51 p.m. Saturday, April 6, Old Road 30, south of North CR 300E, Warsaw. Driver: Steven A. Anker, 62, EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg. Anker said he was slowing down to turn north on North CR 300E when another vehicle struck the rear right bumper of his vehicle. The other vehicle then left the scene. Damage up to $5,000.
