LAKE TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Officials have identified the woman whose body washed up on the beach near Warren Dunes State Park.

A person spotted the body Sunday afternoon and called police.

On Monday, the woman was identified as Eddisa Concepcion Herrera.

She went missing on Dec. 21, 2018, after jumping into Lake Michigan at a Chicago Beach.

Police say her death was an accidental drowning.
