Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. When the officer asked Dull about the odor, Dull reportedly produced a multi-colored glass smoking device. The officer also observed two bags in Dull’s jacket pocket, which Dull stated was marijuana.
