WARSAW — Warsaw attorney Larry D. Beeson has officially resigned from the Indiana bar.

The Feb. 14 resignation came after an investigation into a proceeding involving allegations of misconduct by the Indiana Supreme Court. Due to the resignation, the disciplinary proceedings pending against Beeson were dismissed. The order does not give details regarding the disciplinary investigation.

Beeson is ineligible for reinstatement to the practice of law for five years. If he seeks reinstatement, the misconduct admitted in his resignation, as well as any other allegations of misconduct, may be addressed in the reinstatement process.

Beeson began practicing law in 1970 and had an office locally at 211 W. Fort Wayne St.
