Incidents
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• March 9, 12:42 p.m. Marjorie Tucker of Warsaw reported a problem with a rental agreement.
• March 9, 1:34 p.m. The theft of an air conditioning unit was reported by Northern Little Dove Church, South SR 13, Warsaw.
• March 9. Marta Konkle of Warsaw reported a burglary to a residence on North 400 East.
• March 9, 6:26 p.m. Dale Coleman of Silver Lake reported the theft of items.
• March 9, 11:40 p.m. Brandon Hollon of Warsaw reported criminal mischief to his property on West Old Road 30.
• March 8, 6:05 p.m. Vickie Miller of Milford reported a burglary and theft of jewelry and a TV. The burglary occurred at a residence on CR 900 North.
• March 8, 1:14 p.m. Jan Martin of Warsaw reported an attempted burglary to a residence on North 600 East.
• March 8, 8 a.m. Cathy Moody of Milford reported a daytime burglary to a residence on North 300 West.

Accidents
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Sunday, March 10, 5:17 a.m. West 400 North and North 400 West, Warsaw. Driver: Douglas G. Merrill, 53, Ponsha Street, South Bend. Driver struck a deer causing the vehicle to leave the road and hit a road sign, tree and a mailbox. Damages: up to $5,000
