WAWASEE GYMNASTICS 109.8, WEST NOBLE 102.5

On its home equipment Tuesday night, Wawasee was able to stack up a nice win over neighboring West Noble.

Eden Scott had a huge meet for the home side, scoring first in all-around (37.7), beam (9.9), floor (9.6), vault (9.2) and was second on bars (9.0). Morgan Reel and Delaney Delagrange were both tied for second on beam at 9.6 and the two finished at 36.05 and 36.0 in all-around, respectively.

NorthWood’s Emilee Conrad also performed and was first on bars at 9.4 and second in all-around at 36.8.

In JV competition for Wawasee, Brooke Baker was tops on vault (9.1), floor (8.2) and all-around (34.2). Brooklyn Roose led the beam (8.65) and Zoey Field paced bars (8.6).

Lakeview had Isaiah Martinez score a pin and tech fall, Edwing Ortiz had two pins and Kaiden Fitzpartick had a pin to account for Lakeview’s points. Bremen and Edgewood did not report their results.

ROCHESTER 8TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL 36, LAKEVIEW 19

Lakeview couldn’t get anything going against a tough Rochester club. Macey Wayne led the Tigers (12-6) with six points and Riley Boren dropped in four points.

LAKEVIEW 7TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL 44, ROCHESTER 10

Abigail Davis paced Lakeview (16-1) in the win with 13 points and had Addison Mehlberg get into the action with seven points.

NORTHWOOD 7TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL 41, DISCOVERY 4

Another big win for the Panthers Tuesday night, dismantling the future Lady Kingsmen to wrap up its regular season.

Karis Bennett had a solid effort for NorthWood (8-5) with 15 points, three steals and an assist. Joselyn Edwards added eight points and four assists, Sunny Snyder had six points and Sophie Vincent chipped in five points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals.

WESTVIEW 7TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL 17, MILFORD 3

Milford was able to muster points from just Jaci Worrell and Brittany Kidd in the loss.

ROCHESTER WRESTLING 86, TIPPECANOE VALLEY 36

Valley couldn’t keep pace with its rivals. Winning wrestlers in varsity matches for the Vikings were Thad Shambaugh, Galvin Shambaugh, Barrett Heller, Eric Burke, Zack Burke, Bazle Owens and Dalton Alber. Winning exhibition matches were Kevin Mar, Cameron Mason, Jadyn Virgil, and Denver Wilson.
