• Lara J. Popenfoose, 36, 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended and on a body attachment warrant. Bond: $1,800
• David Robert Billman, 39, 2604 W. 1300 S., Silver Lake, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury, OWI with a Schedule I or II controlled substance and battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $25,000

• Cosme A. Arriola, 37, 12909 Raggedy Ann Dr., Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana. No bond
