Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

2:19 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 500 block Prairie Drive, Syracuse. Officers responded to a report of battery.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

5:21 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard. Murphy USA reported a theft of cigarettes valued at $61.44.
12:15 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Kohls reported a theft of shoes valued at $59.99.
1:58 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2200 block East Center St., Warsaw. Craig T. Snow reported a fraudulent credit card charge that was made at Owens Supermarket.
