WARSAW — Around 6:02 p.m. Wednesday, Nov.21, emergency responders were called to a fatal crash that occurred at the intersection of US 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. The deceased has been identified as Wendy Eileen Coulstring, 55, Warsaw. 

The Warsaw Police Department is asking for anyone that witnessed the crash to contact the Warsaw Police Department Detective Division, (574) 385-2206.

The Warsaw Police Department was assisted by the Kosciusko County Sheriffs Department, Winona Lake Police Department, Warsaw Fire, Winona Lake Fire, Warsaw Street Department, Lutheran EMS, State Highway Department and the Kosciusko County Coroner.
