Kenneth C. “Blackie” Wright, 65, of Milford, Ind., passed away on Feb. 21, 2013.

He was born Sept. 26, 1947, in Martin, Ky., to Ulysses and Eunice (Woods) Wright.

He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He worked for and retired from Dutchman Industries. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed going to swap meets and fixing things.

He is survived by three children: Kenneth Wright, Pierceton, Ind.; Michael (Jennifer McComb) Wright, Warsaw, Ind.; Amy (Drew) Halsey, Ligonier, Ind.; three grandchildren: Joshua Wright, Zachary Halsey and Zoey Halsey; eight siblings: Doug Wright, Sybil Bradley, Jim Wright, Sylvia Wright, Virginia Garza, Faye Bradley, John David ‘Moe’ Wright and Danny Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother: Robert Wright; and a sister: Rosemary Morgan.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford.
