Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 3:56 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 700 block Anchorage Point Drive, Warsaw. Maria C. Telles de Rodriguez reported a hit and skip property damage crash. The investigation is ongoing.
• 3:44 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 100 block East Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Angel C. Carpenter reported theft from a vehicle. Value: $50.
• 6:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 3300 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Merinda A. Bealer reported that her jacket, which contained her phone, bank cards and Indiana ID, was stolen from Ruby Tuesdays.
