William “Bill” Rush, 64, North Webster, passed away on Nov. 2, 2018.

He was born on Dec. 30, 1953, in Columbia City, to Donald and Maryann (Smith) Rush Sr. He was a 1973 Whitko High School graduate.

He was a gentle soul who was always willing to help others. He enjoyed roller skating, helping his brother work on race cars, attending local race events, watching his neices and nephews play sports, and riding his golf cart. He loved spending time family and friends, especially with neices Meilani, Sophia, Anna, and nephew Bruce.

He is survived by his three brothers: Jess (Cathy) Rush of Cromwell, Donald Jr. (Tammy) Rush of Huntington, and Charles Rush of Syracuse; one sister: Sue Phillips of Syracuse. Several neices and nephews also survive.

He was preceded by his parents.

A gathering of friends and family to remember and honor Bill will be held from 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Eastlund Funeral Home.
