Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

1:14 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, North SR 13 and East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Driver: Robert W. Hall, 79, Pine Ridge Drive, Granger. Hall’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:45 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, East Center Street and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Nicholas J. Lawrence, 35, East Evergreen Drive, Warsaw; and Jerry L. Henline, 57, East Ridge Drive, Warsaw. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damage up to $2,500. 

7:20 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, South Zimmer Road, north of White Industrial Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Catherine J. Rhein, 36, North Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Rhein said a deer ran into the side of her vehicle as she was traveling southbound on Zimmer Road. Damage up to $5,000.
