WARSAW — Ghosts, ghouls and goblins roamed the streets of downtown Warsaw Friday night, Oct. 26, during the 2018 Downtown Warsaw Spooktakular, sponsored by several the City of Warsaw and several Warsaw businesses and organizations.

Following an hour of trick or treating in the downtown area, youngsters competed in a costume contest for a variety of ages, with judging in several categories. Complete results were not available, but some of the winners are featured below.
