• Monty Gene Wolf, 46, 3435 S. SR 19, Mentone, arrested for habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000
• Anthony Charles Winnicki, 25, 20207 CR 46, New Paris, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750
• Spencer Cameron Thomas Miller, 21, 212 W. Main St., Mentone, arrested for burglary and battery by means of strangulation. Bond: $15,000
