Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:33 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, Old Road 30 and North CR 535W, Warsaw. Driver: Shelia Smith, 54, Carriage Drive, Plymouth. Smith’s vehicle struck a deer in the roadway. Damages up to $10,000.

10:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, Us 30, west of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Drivers: Adam Martin, 35, CR 300W, Columbia City; and Lucas Champion, 28, CR 450E, Pierceton. Martin’s vehicle rear-ended Champions vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

8:29 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, West CR 1250N, east of North CR 200W, Milford. Driver: Elaine Stichter, 65, Creek Bend Lane, Milford. Stichter’s vehicle struck a deer in the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:12 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, 1535 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Katherine Peters, 20, Third Street, Pierceton. Peters’ vehicle struck a parked car in the parking. The parked car is registered to Brian Tusing, Pierceton. Damages up to $5,000.
