David P. Michael, 63, Warsaw, passed away at 7:15 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018, in his home.
He was born in Warsaw on Aug. 2, 1955, to Earl and Clara Mae (Hankins) Michael.

Mr. Michael was a huge Indy Car and NASCAR fan, with Jeff Gordon being his favorite driver. He enjoyed watching Chicago Cubs baseball, Chicago Bears football, baking, reading, and working jigsaw puzzles. His ‘goodies’ will be missed by many! Being an only child, his extended family was very important to him, and he worked hard, even during his illness, to keep the tradition of a summer family reunion alive. He is survived by his step-mother, Mary Michael, Carmel; and numerous first, second, third and fourth cousins.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements. Special thanks to Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care of our loved one.
