Richard Bryant Monroe, 67, North Webster, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2018 at his home.

He was born on July 5, 1951 at Chanute Air Force Base, Rantoul, Ill. to James & Marion (Cole) Monroe.

He is survived by his wife: Beth (Pifer) Monroe; daughter: Amy Jones; two grandchildren: Natalie (Brock) Spangle and Kobe Jones; brother: Robert Golden; sister: Mary Smith; step-father: Guy Smith.

He was preceded by his parents and a brother David Smith.

His wishes were to be cremated without a service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kosciusko County Home Health Care and Hospice.
