Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 5:13 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard. Walmart employees reported that a subject shoplifted consumable goods.
• 1:02 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 300 block South Washington St., Warsaw. Bridget J. Castle reported criminal mischief.
