The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northeastern Kosciusko County until 8:15 p.m. EST.

At approximately 7:52 p.m. EST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Milford and near Syracuse, moving east at 25 miles per hour.

Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Syracuse, Milford, Oakwood Park and Lake Wawasee.
