Adam Lee Scott, 39, Tampa, Fla. and formerly of Warsaw, passed into heaven on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, in Florida.

A funeral mass will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Warsaw with visitation one hour prior to the Mass celebrated by Father Richard Kallenberg.

Following the mass, interment will be held after the service in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements.
