Warsaw Man Arrested After Sending Threatening Video With Racist Comments

KOSCIUSKO — A Warsaw man was arrested after being involved in a threatening video with racist comments to an individual.

Derek Michael Ault, 20, 1922 E. Walnut St., Warsaw, is being charged with intimidation, a level 6 felony.

On June 22, an officer with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department was contacted regarding a threatening video sent to an individual.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the video shows two individuals, one identified as Ault, making comments in a racist manner and threatening to commit forcible felonies.

Ault was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on July 30, with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
