Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

4:22 p.m. Monday, July 30, West CR 100S and South CR 550W, Warsaw. Drivers: Yatziry Fuentes Lopez, 20, Robin Drive, Warsaw; and Victoria Baumgartner, 60, CR 225S, Winona Lake. Fuentes Lopez attempted to make a left-hand turn and struck Buamgartners’s vehicle. Fuentes Lopez stated she did not see Baumgartner’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:06 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 1009 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Driver: Charles Murphy, 64, Third Street, Pierceton. Murphy’s vehicle struck a parked vehicle while backing out of a parking space. The parked vehicle is owned by Stanley Gustin, Fort Wayne. Damages up to $2,500.
