Glenda R. Wood, 73, Warsaw, passed away at 5:45 a.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2018, in Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre, Wabash. She was born in Warsaw on November 15, 1944 to Bruce and Isabella (Blodgett) Hyde.

She was a life time resident of Kosciusko County. On Oct. 24, 1964 she was united in marriage to J.C. Wood in Warsaw. During her life she worked at the Warsaw foundry as well the Cardinal Center. She enjoyed many crafts, crochet, and especially reading the bible.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Dobbs, Warsaw; sisters: Esther Zimmerman, Pierceton; Jean (Bob) Campbell, Warsaw; brother: Bruce (Sharon) Hyde, Warsaw; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; one sister; one grandson; two great grandsons and one great granddaughter.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Monday, July 30, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Funeral Service from 11 a.m.-noon. Pastor William Whitaker will officiate the service.

Interment will be at a later date in Pleasant View Cemetery, Warsaw.

The family is requesting that the memorial contributions be made to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Ct., Warsaw, Indiana 46580 for funeral expenses.
