Patricia Ellen “Pat” Klein, 84, Warsaw, passed away at 5:55 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018, at Mason Health & Rehab in Warsaw. She was born April 10, 1934, in Fort Wayne to Joseph and Veronica (Bensman) Stoody.

She lived in Fort Wayne most of her life and graduated in 1952 from Central Catholic High School in Fort Wayne. She was a homemaker and formerly worked as a bank teller at Fort Wayne National Bank. She was married on June 25, 1955, in Fairbanks, Alaska to Lee A. Klein who survives and she moved to the Warsaw area 11 years ago.

She formerly attended the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Fort Wayne.

She is survived by her husband, Lee Klein, Warsaw; four sons: Kevin Klein, Warsaw; Steven (Pam) Klein, Fort Wayne; Ron (Deanna) Klein, Pekin, Ill.; Ken Klein, Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; brother, James (Mary) Stoody, Fort Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Jack, Joe, and Tom Stoody.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m.- noon Thursday, July 26, at Owen Family Funeral Home SR 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will follow at noon on Thursday in the funeral home. Graveside services will take place at 3 p.m. on Thursday at Greenlawn Cemetery in Fort Wayne.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Heart to Heart Hospice or Easter Seal Arc.
