Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

2:51 a.m. Friday, July 13, 4500 block West CR 400N, Warsaw. Chad A. Thompson reported an attempted burglary.
4:34 a.m. Thursday, July 12, 8400 block East CR 1250N, Syracuse. A subject reported a failure to stop after a boat accident. When officers arrived to the scene, they found a male subject laying in the roadway.
7:06 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 100 block West Main St., Mentone. Amy L. Hurd made a report of a fraud by telephone.

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

10:03 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 100 block EMS W29 Lane, North Webster. Officers responded to a report of harassing text messages.

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incidents:

11:52 a.m. Thursday, July 12, 400 block East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure.
1:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 300 block North Front St., Syracuse. Dick Waterson reported theft. Items stolen include a motor, motor battery and tools. Value: $1,586.86.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

12:53 a.m. Friday, July 13, 300 block Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct.
10:18 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 700 block North Lake St., Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of domestic battery.
3:44 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 600 block Walter Way, Warsaw. Darek M. Hart reported the theft of medication from an apartment.
12:52 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 500 block North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Heather L. Starr reported that her vehicle was damaged from a hit and run accident while it was parked at her place of work.
