Richard “Dick” Kinsey, 86, Clermont, Fla., passed away July 4, 2018, at the Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born on Dec. 13, 1931, in Warsaw, to William and Marian (Roose) Kinsey.

He was a US Army veteran. He lived in Florida for 45 years.

Dick Kinsey retired as a contractor serving the construction industry. He is survived by his two sisters: Patricia (John) Savage of North Olmstead, Ohio; and Cindy Hamilton of Newport, Tenn.; two brothers: Paul Kinsey of Augusta, Maine; and Larry (Linda) Kinsey, North Webster.

He was preceded by two sisters: Katherine Fisher, Maxine Pifer, and one brother Beryl “John” Kinsey.  There will be a graveside service at the Oakwood cemetery in Warsaw.
