Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 10:32 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Brandon S. Vanover reported theft of money, firearms and various Xbox games valued at $1,070. 
  • 7:37 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 8600 block of East Wesley Lane, North Webster. Richard L. Sanderson reported someone stole a boat motor from his lake residence. 

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 1:29 p.m. Monday, July 2, 700 block of East Northshore Drive, Syracuse. Jessica Renee Collins reported theft of cash. 
  • 11:39 a.m. Monday, July 2, 300 block of East Medusa Street, Syracuse. Tom Myers reported theft of cash. 
  • 8:04 a.m. Monday, July 2, 700 block of East Northshore Drive, Syracuse. David Allen Clevenger reported a burglary. Beer was stolen from a refrigerator in the garage. 
  • 6:16 a.m. Monday, July 2, 600 block of East Northshore Drive, Syracuse. Fredrick D. Hershberger reported his vehicle was stolen. The garage door was damaged when the suspect ran into the overhead door with the vehicle stolen from the victim. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 9:15 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 500 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. Bobi J. Brumfield reported theft of jewelry valued at $600. 
  • 1:12 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Shoplifting was reported at Big R, with attempted theft of clothing valued at approximately $200.
