Donna Kline, 98, Syracuse, passed away on June 18, 2018, at Miller’s Merry Manor.

She was born on Easter morning, April 4, 1920, in Wilmot, to Watson and Gussie Beezley. She was a lifelong area resident.

She retired as a bookkeeper for L.S Ayres in Fort Wayne. After retiring, she coordinated Meals on Wheels and served as bookkeeper for Calvary United Methodist Church, as well as a secretary for the Syracuse-Wawasee Ministerial Association.

She was a member and past Chaplain of Syracuse American Legion Auxiliary Post 223, and member of Calvary United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son: Jon (Edwina) Sroufe, North Webster; stepson: Leonard (Joan) Kline, Syracuse; one stepdaughter, Vicki (Steve) Berkey, North Webster; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded by her husband, T.L. “Bud” Kline; three sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m., Thursday, June 21, at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor David Henry officiating. Burial will be at the Syracuse Cemetery.
