SILVER LAKE — The Town of Silver Lake hosted its 42nd annual Silver Lake Day Festival today, June 16.

The parade’s theme was “Summertime Fun.” Various vendor’s booths and concession stands were set up in the downtown area throughout the day.

During the festival, citizens shopped at local garage sales, participated in a corn hole tournament, and enjoyed lunch at the fire department and an ice cream social.

Echoes of the Past also displayed tractors and other equipment downtown. A car show was also held.

The event was sponsored by the Silver Lake Day Festival Committee, the Town of Silver Lake, and the Silver Lake Lions Club.
