Morris W. Davis, 84, Cromwell, died Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Orchard Pointe Health Campus, Kendallville.

He was born Sept. 7, 1933, in Baltimore, Md.

He is survived by a step-daughter, Rita Rowe of Cromwell, and a grandson, Alex Cortez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Melissa Ann (Godman) Davis and Lorayne Rowe, and a daughter, Marcie Davis.

He worked for Western Electric for 37 years before retiring. He was a member of Dunlap United Methodist Church and Dunlap Lions Club. He served in the National Guard while living in Baltimore and was also a volunteer firefighter.

Visitation will be from 2-3:30 p.m, Saturday, June 9, memorial service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. Cremation will take place prior to the service. There will be no burial.
