Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:35 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, West Zimmer Road, north of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Esteven R. Schmerber, 24, South Wood Street, Warsaw; and Donna H. Wright, 58, West Turner Road, Claypool. Schmerber was traveling north on SR 25 when his vehicle rear-ended Wright’s. Damage up to $5,000.

6:21 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, West CR 250N, west of North Rainbow Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Nancy K. Bennett, 65, East CR 450N, Leesburg. Bennett was traveling when her vehicle struck a mail box at 333 W. CR 250N, Warsaw. Damage up to $2,500.

2:36 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, North SR 15, north of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Drivers: Javier Velazquez, 47, Anchorage Road 35, Warsaw; and Dana A. Milford, 50, Duncan Drive, Warsaw. Velazquez was traveling south on SR 15 when traffic came to a sudden stop. His vehicle rear-ended Milford’s. Damage up to $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:51 a.m. Monday, June 4, South Harkless Drive, north of East Palm Drive. Driver: Kraig R. Fisher, 40, East Doswell Boulevard, Cromwell. Fisher was driving south on Harkless Drive when his tire went off the roadway, causing his vehicle to hit a bridge guardrail. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael Fisher, 10, complained of pain to his wrist. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:26 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, North SR 15, north of West CR 350N. Drivers: Gregory S. Flory, 55, South Landess Street, Marion; Nicole D. Moyer, 37, County Road 7, Goshen; H J. Caudill, 60, County Road 9, Elkhart; and Crista L. Cripe, 37, County Road 46, New Paris. Flory was traveling south on North SR 15 when traffic unexpectedly slowed down. Flory’s vehicle rear-ended Moyer’s vehicle. Due to this, Moyer’s vehicle was pushed into the rear of Caudill’s vehicle. Caudill’s vehicle was then pushed into the rear of Cripe’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

1:17 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, North Buffalo Street, south of Main Street. Drivers: Garrett M. Reinholt, 18, West CR 200S, Warsaw; and Kevin W. Kleemann, 54, Oak Grove Drive, Valparaiso. Kleemann was in his parked vehicle in a parking space on North Buffalo Street when Reinholt’s vehicle sideswiped the left rear bumper of Kleemann’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
