Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

7:04 p.m. Thursday, May 31, East CR 500N, west of North CR 750E, North Webster. Driver: unknown. Kosciusko County Dispatch received a call about an accident involving one vehicle into a utility pole. It appeared that the vehicle was traveling east on CR 500N when it went off the roadway into a ditch. There was no driver at the scene. Damage up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 1900 East Jefferson St. Driver: unknown. William T. Davidson reported that his vehicle had been damaged on the front driver’s side corner. Damage up to $2,500.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

4:57 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, Kings Highway and Argonne Road, Winona Lake. Drivers: Norman T. Bakhit, 26, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw; Cynthia J. Bushen, 62, East Wade Road, Warsaw; and Lauren G. Rich, 35, Parkview Drive, Plymouth. Bakhit advised his vehicle slid on wet pavement, resulting in his vehicle rear-ending Bushen’s vehicle and causing Bushen’s vehicle to strike Rich’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
