
Terry J. Klosowski, 72, Warsaw, passed away at 11:10 a.m., May 21, 2018, in his residence.
He was born Aug. 31, 1945, in Michigan City, to Leon and Leona (Mulvinski) Klosowski. On Sept. 12, 1964, in Michigan City he was united in marriage to Mary K. Breitzka, who survives.
He attended Elston High School in Michigan City. He was the former Director of KABS from 1988 to 1993 and most recently worked in customer service at Lowes from 2000 to 2010 before retiring. He was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Warsaw.
He is survived by his wife, Mary and children: Thomas Klosowski, LaPorte; Matthew (Michelle) Klosowski, Warsaw; and Mark (Stacy) Klosowski, Warsaw. He is further survived by his brother, Leon “Butch” Klosowski, Leesburg, Fla.; and a sister, Susie Swain, New Buffalo, Mich.; along with his grandchildren: Brandon, Conner, Tanner, Levi Klosowski, Warsaw; Lauren and Alicia Klosowski, LaPorte; Christie Dotson, Kerra McCartney. He is also survived by his great grandchildren: Parker and Maylee Klosowski, Kam Dotson, Nolan Driscoll, Carter Dotson and Aidan Hensell.
He was preceded by his parents and a sister; Nancy Flannagan.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., Thursday, May 24, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 25, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw with Reverend Mike Mueller officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw.
