The Warriors mustered just three hits, two of those coming in the sixth inning. AJ Poe was solid on the hill for the Lakers, giving up just one of those hits and two walks in five innings, striking out six. Coby Mitchell got the two-inning save.

Wawasee wraps up its regular season 9-15 overall and will focus on Fairfield in its first game of the Lakeland Baseball Sectional next Thursday.
