WARSAW — Friday, May 18, at approximately 12:14 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a fire alarm at Edgewood Middle School. Students and staff followed safety protocol, evacuating the middle school.

After investigating the building for a fire, it was determined to was a false alarm.

“Warsaw Community School Corporation would like to thank local fire personnel for their quick response to the scene and commitment to student safety,” said the school in a press release.
