WARSAW — Local princesses in Warsaw enjoyed a tea party this morning, Saturday, May 12, at the Pike Lake Firemen’s Building. The event was hosted by the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department.

Approximately 25 girls and their families attended the event, excitedly waiting to see the tea party’s special guests, Princesses Tiana and Rapunzel.

Attendees were encouraged to dress in their favorite princess attire or fanciest dress. Several girls dressed up as Disney princesses such as Belle, Anna, Elsa and Cinderella.

The party began with fruit punch and desserts for all to enjoy. Each princess also got to meet Tiana and Rapunzel, who posed for pictures with the young princesses in attendance.

Tiana and Rapunzel also presented each princess with a tiara and magic wand. Each girl also got to make crafts during the event.
