WARSAW – Pet lovers will want to make sure to attend the Warsaw softball home game Wednesday evening.

The contest will be a fundraiser for the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County. Admission the game will be free with a donation to the AWL.

There will also be animals on site at the softball field that can be adopted from the AWL. Pets will arrive at 4:30 p.m.

Warsaw will play host to county and conference rival Wawasee for Wednesday’s game with first pitch scheduled for 5 p.m.
