WARSAW — On April 16, the Warsaw Common Council adopted a Summer Credit Program. This program runs mid-April to mid-September, affecting the bills in June, July, August, September and October. The program allows homeowners to pay bill amounts based on their average water consumption in November, December and January and serves as a relief from summer sprinkling, watering, filling swimming pools, etc.

All owners of dwelling units must apply to participate in this program by completing and returning the required form by mail, fax or email. A new application must be submitted when a transfer in ownership occurs for a dwelling unit.

To take full advantage of the 2018 season, applications must be received by June 1. The application form is available online at http://www.warsaw.in.gov/civicalerts.aspx?AID=463.
