Rita K. Kimberlin, 54, Warsaw, passed Sunday, March 25, 2018, at her residence.

She was born on Nov. 9, 1963, in Lawrence County, Ky. to Ray and Ida (Jackson) Kimberlin.

In June of 1996, she started a relationship with Tom Hopkins that has continued until her passing.

After her education at Warsaw High School she worked for Creighton Brothers and Ristance of Mentone. She also was assistant manager at the Victory Hotel.

She enjoyed reading her pocket New Testament, shopping, cleaning, going for walks, watching comedies, and her morning coffee. In warmer weather she enjoyed going for a cruise with Tom Hopkins looking at decorations especially in the fall.

She is survived by her companion; her sons, Alexander Bruner, North Manchester; Jonathan Kimberlin, North Manchester; two granddaughters; four sisters and a brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, April 2, at Cook’s Chapel Church in Warsaw. Pastor Earl Futch will officiate.

Arrangements are entrusted to King Memorial Home 101 North Tucker Street Mentone, Indiana
