Franklin Community moves up to the No. 2 spot, while defending state champion Perry Meridian continues to lead the pack in the fourth Indiana high school wrestling poll of the season.

Conference tournaments highlight the schedules of many teams this weekend, as wrestlers begin gearing up for IHSAA sectional meets on Jan. 26.  The Northern Lakes Conference tournament is set for Jan. 19 at Wawasee High School.

The Indiana High School Wrestling Coaches Association (IHSWCA) has resumed determining rankings by a vote of coaches’ representatives around the state.

The final Top 20 poll of the regular season should be released in two weeks. The IHSWCA will not be issuing any more classed rankings this season.

Also receiving votes: Bellmont, Columbus East, Floyd Central, Indianapolis Roncalli, Jasper, Jennings County, Westfield, Zionsville.
