Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 6:37 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of a lost or stolen license plate.
• 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, 100 block Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of theft and unauthorized use of a debit card.
