Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:35 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, SR 15 and E. Prairie St., Warsaw. Drivers: Nicole Whitaker, 31, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, and Brittany Meade, 25, Ra Mar Drive, Warsaw. Whitaker rear ended Meade’s vehicle at a stoplight. Damages up to $2,500. 

Elkhart

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

12:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, SR 13 and CR 36, near the city limits of Goshen. Drivers: Whitney Menzie, 24, Leesburg; Walter Shaffer 60, Edwardsburg; and Christopher Conley, 33, Bristol. Menzie failed to stop at the intersection of CR 36 with SR 13, hitting the trailer on the southbound semi tractor driven by Shafer and then struck the semi tractor driven northbound by Conley. Menzie complained of pain to the neck and head and was taken to Goshen Hospital for treatment. Menzie was cited for disregarding a stop sign, no valid license, suspended-license, no instance, expired pale and false registration.
