KOSCIUSKO — Sheriff William Rocky Goshert welcomed Justin Smith back to work with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department this week. Justin Smith completed his training at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy which every deputy attends during their first year of employment.

According to Goshert, Smith represented the department well and completed his training at a high level of competency while in Plainfield.

“We look forward to having him back on patrol serving the citizens of this county,” said Goshert.
