PIERCETON — A two vehicle accident occurred just after 9 a.m. today, Feb. 9, on US 30, near CR 450E, Pierceton.

A red Honda Civic and a black GMC Envoy suffered minimal damage from the accident but both vehicles ended up in the median of US 30. One occupant was complaining of leg pain. It was unclear if the injured occupant was going to be transported for their injuries.

Pierceton Fire Department, Lutheran EMS and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to the accident. Westbound traffic was limited to one lane while the accident was cleared.
